This is a place where you can feel the human touch and sell of cooking in Beijing. The signature dish is an old Beijing Lanlong steamed roll with full Beijing flavor memories.

鼎香润的懒龙馅大量足，八两的懒龙，光馅就占了四两，而且价格实惠。虽然在北京，懒龙基本家家都会做，但是鼎香润的懒龙依旧从店铺开业那天火到现在，生意好时，一天蒸出三四百个都不够卖。

Dingxiangrun's Lanlong steamed roll is abundant in stuffings, 400 g of Lanlong steamed roll with 200 g of stuffings, and the price is affordable.
