都一处烧麦馆总店坐落在北京著名的商业街——前门大街38号，始建于乾隆三年(1738年)，主营各种烧麦、炸三角、马莲肉和风味炒菜，是北京有名的百年老店之一。在数百年的发展过程中，都一处形成了精湛的烧麦制作工艺，擀出的烧麦皮每张至少有24褶，代表二十四个节气。有食客评价：“都一处烧麦食之香而不腻，回味无穷。”

The main store of Douyichu Shaomai Restaurant is located at No. 38, Qianmen Avenue, a famous business street in Beijing. It was founded in the third year of Qianlong's reign (1738). It is one of the famous century-old shops in Beijing and mainly engaged in all kinds of Shaomai, fried samosa, braised pork with iris ensata thunb and flavored stir-fried dishes. In the hundreds of years of development, Douyichu had obtained exquisite craftsmanship of making Shaomai. Each rolled Shaomai wrapper has at least 24 pleats, representing the twenty-four solar terms. Some diners appraised that "Douyichu Shaomai tastes delicious but not greasy, with endless aftertaste."
