北海公园是中国迄今保留下来的历史悠久，保护完整的皇城宫苑，是中国古代园林的精华。公园里有个宝藏佛殿——大慈真如宝殿。整体建筑的木结构全部采用珍贵的金丝楠木制作。大殿所有金丝楠不施彩绘，完全以木材本色示人，是中国现存明代建筑中的精品。

There is a treasure Buddha hall in the park - the Hall of Dacizhenru. The wooden structure of the whole building is all made of precious golden phoebe. All the golden phoebes in the main hall are not painted, and they are completely shown in the natural color of the wood, which is a masterpiece among the existing Ming Dynasty buildings in China.
